Research Resources Expo

Overview

The University of Miami (UM) Research Resources Expo 2025 will showcase the research services and resources available across the University.  The Expo will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2025, on the UM Miller School of Medicine campus.  There will be a noontime seminar on core facility and shared research resources across the University, presented by leaders from all the UM campuses, with a focus on how core facilities support the strategic plans of the institution, followed by an afternoon poster session of core resources and services across the University; and then tours of cores on the medical school campus. The Expo is open to all UM faculty, trainees, students, and staff, as well as to external investigators.  

The Expo agenda will be:

Tuesday, March 18, 2025

10:00 am - 11:00 am     Internal networking meeting of Core Directors who will be presenting posters

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm       Seminar on core resources across UM (Bascom Palmer Auditorium)

1:30 pm - 3:30 pm         Poster session (Schoninger Research Quadrangle)

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm         Tours of cores
